• Negotiating with the supply chain for all retail offerings except fuel.
• Negotiating contracts for services. For example - communications, insurance and security.
  Negotiating with the supply chain for consumables.
• Administering promotional programmes.
• Provision of support services for members such as central billing, information and retail operation support.
• Introducing suppliers to new markets that they haven't had access to.

Red Circle also stock and supply some products direct to shareholders for example:

• Postage stamps and envelopes.
• Singlet bags, rubbish bags and bin liners.
• Telecom chip phone cards.
• Till tape and EFTPOS paper.
• Pens and lighters.
• Flash Drives, Memory Cards, batteries and torches.
• Mattel Hot Wheels toy cars.
• Pharmaceuticals - Nurofen, Strepsils, Disprin and Remedies.
